Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Rental Terms and Conditions
Deposit and Renewal: Each bulb rental requires a 12EUR refundable deposit. Enjoy your first month free, with rental renewing automatically at 2.49EUR monthly thereafter.
Damage or Malfunction: Should anything happen to your rented bulb, simply return it to us, and we will provide a replacement. You also have the option to switch to a different bulb of the same price range, easily manageable within your customer profile.
Hassle-Free Management: Our goal is to streamline your experience. Manage your rentals, returns, and exchanges directly through your customer profile, eliminating the need for calls or emails.
Return and Refund Policy
Warranty Returns: All Vitae Bulbs come with a standard warranty period during which any defects in materials or workmanship are covered. If you encounter any issues within this period, please return the bulb for a replacement or refund.
Post-Warranty Service: If a DEN or EEN bulb falters after the warranty period has expired, it can be sent back to us for evaluation. We offer a repurposing service, turning these bulbs into Vitae Orange-only bulbs.
Repurposing Initiative: Our commitment to sustainability means we aim to repurpose returned bulbs, reducing waste and offering continued value to our customers.
Discount Offer: As a thank you for participating in our sustainability efforts, customers who return a faulty bulb will receive a 50% discount on the purchase of a new Vitae Orange-only bulb. To avail of this offer, please follow the return process outlined on our website.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Further instructions will be provided to facilitate the return process.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
